Grace's Guesthouse Room 3

A lovely place, so staying on for a 3rd week.

Comfortable when builders not there!! Positive: The area was ideal for visiting family Negative: The Builders below!! Heavy building work and. noisy drilling at 8.00am on both mornings we were there! Signage saying apologies about the stairs where the builders were walking up and down!! No warning of any early starts and noise and when booking we weren’t informed!!

Excellent place, staying for work, it's so ideal we are now staying 3 weeks. Everything you need around and gym fairly close to.

Perfect for what we needed. We would book one of the other rooms with en suite if we stayed again. Positive: The room was clean, bed was comfortable and nice fluffy towels and soap/shower gel provided. Kitchen had good selection of teas and different milk provided. We were only there for one night and were out most of it so didn't really use them. It was a very hot night and large fans were provided which were a godsend! We were able to check in an hour earlier and check out an hour later which was great. There was also parking space behind which was really handy. Negative: I like some other reviewers didn't realise that the private bathroom was separate, down a short hallway past the kitchen. I wouldn't really like to bump into a stranger on route to shower/toilet. However as we were sharing with family (who were in the other en suite rooms), it didn't matter. Shower and cubicle could probably do with updating. The other two rooms have gorgeous new en suites. Full length mirror would be useful. Could only get 5 news Chanels on TV. Not sure if we were doing something wrong?
